What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative on our team, you’ll be a key contributor to agency growth, building relationships and guiding clients toward coverage solutions that match their goals. Your role will include:
- Prospecting new clients (via inbound leads, referrals, community events, digital outreach)
- Meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs, educating them on coverage options
- Guiding quotes and product recommendations (auto, home, life, business, etc.)
- Maintaining relationships with clients to drive retention, cross-sell, and referral business
- Collaborating with internal team members for smooth onboarding and servicing
- Staying up to date on industry trends, compliance, and product offerings
